Emma Sterner-Radley has created a gem (or should I say a plum) of a story in Greengage Plots. The main character Kit has moved to the Island of Greengage off the coast of England to work in the library on this island of about six thousand people. What she finds here is friendship, laughter, craziness, and most importantly love. The author is a genius at creating memorable places and people. I generally don't enjoy British humor, but I laughed and giggled my way through most of this book. I urge everyone to grab a copy of this book. You will not be disappointed.
